When will my order be processed?
All orders are handled and shipped from our warehouse. Please allow additional time for your order to be processed during the holidays and sale seasons.
We process orders Monday through Friday. Orders will be processed within 24-48 hours from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.
Once your order has been placed after 24 hours, we cannot cancel it, if you need to change the delivery information, please contact us as soon as possible. Once the order is processed, we will not be able to make any changes.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once you place your order, it will be processed in 24-48 hours. After being prepared, you can usually expect to receive your order anywhere from 7 - 14 days since the delivery time will vary on some products, and sometimes depending on your location, Orders can take some time depending on these variables.
Non-custom orders are shipped out within 1-2 days of purchase.
Custom/Personalised orders have a longer lead time due to high demand and manufacturing times. Please allow 7-14 days for your order to be made and shipped out to you.

Lost / Stolen Packages:
Toddler Treasures is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it to your respective shipping carrier using the information provided to you on the Tracking Page provided.
PLEASE NOTE: If you use a wrong, incorrect or incomplete address we cannot be held responsible.
Orders are sent directly from our fulfilment centres located in Europe, US and China. Shipping costs are affordable and vary depending on the size and weight of your order, and are calculated at check out. We provide excellent, reliable shipping services within the United States, to Canada, and the rest of the world. All shipping services include tracking information.
After your order has been successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Once it has been shipped, you will receive a second email containing your tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking information to be updated.
